Terms and Conditions


You may pay via PayPal's secure server. You do not need an existing PayPal account to use this facility - simply click on the PayPal option at checkout and follow the prompts.

For those who prefer, we also accept payment via cheque/postal order. All cheques or postal orders must be made payable to Renault Turbo Owners Club. Please allow up to 7 days for cheques to clear.


Orders be charged just £2.50 for delivery. These orders will be sent via Royal Mail, 1st or 2nd class, depending on weight and urgency of the order.

We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days. In the event of a delay, we will contact the customer via email.

Late or Lost Deliveries

We are not liable for goods arriving late.  It is the customer's responsibility to order the goods in sufficient time for when they are needed.

We enforce Royal Mail's own 15 day policy for late and lost post.  We do not resend any items or provide a refund until the following conditions are met:-

15 days have passed since date of despatch

You have checked with your local sorting office to ensure they have no parcel for you

You have clarified that the address is correct. 

Please note :  all orders are sent to the delivery address provided by the customer, as entered by the customer.  Where payment is made via PayPal, the registered PayPal address will be the delivery address on the order.  We recommend that if you have moved recently, you amend your registered PayPal address as we are not responsible for goods going astray if they are sent to previous addresses. 

If the delivery address details given to us by the customer are incorrect, or if the customer gives an alternative address to our courier, then Renault Turbo Owners Club are not liable for any losses.


If delivery has been attempted and subsequently returned to us, then we will redeliver the order, if the customer so wishes.  HOWEVER, as all our deliveries are subsidised by Renault Turbo Owners Club, the customer may incur a surcharge for redeliveries.

Returns (non personalised goods only)

We do our utmost to ensure customers are happy with their goods, and pride ourselves on good customer service. If, however, you are unhappy with your order (non personalised goods only), you should advise us in writing or via email within 7 days of receipt, and return the goods to us in their entirety, at your own cost. We will offer a refund upon receipt of the goods as long as they are in good, resaleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Stock Availability

All items listed on the site are stock items. However, on occasion, popular items may not be in stock. In this instance, we will contact you to give you an estimated delivery date, or suggest a replacement. All substitutions will be of equal or greater value than the original item, and similar in theme.
