Renault 11 with supercharged F7P project

with the ka zetec, orange 5 and tungy 5 all done, i've been at a loose end....

i've had this beast for a while, its been sitting in my unit for months now since getting it off TNT ANDY, wasn't sure what to do but a cheap 16v clio came up so i bought it with a mate and i had the running gear and he had the shell.

currently rebuilding the block, have had pistons dished already to make it futureproof

going to get it running n/a initially, then hopefully supercharge it once i get some funds from selling the grey OE one

not sure yet, as i can't seem to find any springs for an 11... got 16v front brakes, gtt rear brake setup (if i can undo the bolts on the rear arm) and probably a temporary coil or two off the front

should have my 15" bbs E30 rims sat so i'll satin black them and pop them on too, wanted steels and wheel trims but these wheels are cheaper! lol

    Love it mate.

Didn't the Ewok and spook fit phase 2 GTT coilovers to a 11. slammed it to its arse and gave a nice lump of camber.

got boost pipes made and fitted
    intake adaptor made up
rad in (fan is on order due here thurs)
fuel pump fitted and wired in
    engine wiring finished off

all it needs now is a coolant pipe connector, downpipe gasket, fuel lines fitting (arrived this morning) and push fan as space is tight, then we should have it running

Mark, project is looking good. Just noted one of the pic's the ISCV is not completed? are you running it to air? I know peeps do it on the n/a car's but as your running boost you will need it completed. Otherwise your going to have a problem as you will have a hole in your boost circuit due to the ISCV, you will need to loop it back in before the TB.

got the mashed rear main out last night... managed to drop subframe and slide box out the way which is easier than disconnecting fuel/coolant lines and lifting whole engine out

hopefully get new part today and back in this eve all being well

been a bit slow on the updates lately, as i've been busy working 10hr days and then the evening shift up my workshop sorting loose ends, wiring, plumbing etc....

11 is now 99% done, starts, runs, drives, cooling system works and gauges now work after some wiring issues between the C reg wiring loom and the K reg clocks

here are a few snaps from this eve...

havn't driven it properly yet as its got no MOT or tax, but i've chopped a bit out the chassis so there is lots of room, but looks tight... i'll re-inforce it this eve

got some 14" DCI steels on it now to compliment the roof rack.. even washed it sat! lol
