Chris, what intercooler did you fit as I have just been looking at the ebay special and I reckon I could get one to fit with pipe run for about £200.00. If you could measure your intercooler that would be cool.

I went for a Nayls special! I'll get measuing tonight, its slightly tight with the hose run and if it really worried me i'd get a grinder to the body BUT i think its my poor installation to be honest!

Feck me Blick that is a long pipe run for a grill mount But that is basically the intercooler if not a little smaller that I am looking into

Out of interest how have you kept the rad of the intercooler as I can't see any brackets as I was worried about the rad touching it and rubbing on it eventually causing a hol in the a/c or the rad?

Alright buddy the intercooler is 18cm tall by 59cm long (inc the inlets) and 6.5cm deep!

I cant take pics of the pipe run as there isnt anything in my engine bay at the min but i can bolt the intercooler back in place to give you an idea if you want?

I had to "turn" the carb top to face the offside of the car but wasnt done very well and used the campus pulley with a 10x1075 belt

the rad just pushes back enough 2 fit her in.... dont get me wrong! it is a tight fit but ive done a few 1000 miles with it in place now, shes sound with no rubbin etc and she runs cooler than she did b4

LoL that was me just testing it out for connections, got it running got to the MOT station passed the emissions test then the car stopped working, and wouldn't start so had to abort MOT

Looks like a knackered starter and fuel pump bridged the fuel pump and it worked for a sec then died go works from a push start also need to sort horn as that died whilst it was tested LOL
