And of course the trip to rudskogen didnt go that good as i blew up the standard IC.

And heres a few pics of how it looks today:
I aint a fan of the body kitted 5's but the the paint work does look good. Main thing is that your happy with the job.
Yeah I know what you mean. And as i stated in the first post, the only reason for the bodykit is that phase 1 plastic costs a fortune, and allmost all of the plastic was cracked and damaged. Im glad you like the paint
I guess my next car will be an original phase one with no body mods, only time will tell.
same here..im not a fan of big bumper kits but the paint finish does look good
now you've got most of the gt5-r kit fitted i think you need to at least fit the gt5-r front round arches, open mouth grill, badboy bonnet and Bigger rims. it'll finish the car off nicely i think
I agree on getting the rest of the kit, but as a student I dont have too much money to play with... when Im done I guess Ill take the car all the way with the grill wheel arches and rims. Oh and of course this kit: http://www.dsengineering.co.uk/airsu...s.php?model=23
As it will make it easier to get around with. (stupid speedbumps)
First things first the instrumentpanel needs to be fixed. But thats for another part of the forum...
I dont think they weigh that much... Anyway I doubt that the kit weighs more than the original seats which no longer liv in the car. sparco sprints doesnt weigh much neither does the harnesses. So a worst case scenario after my calculations must be that the car reaches its original weight again. However 1200£ is a lot of money, but it would be enough to make the car more drivable, so I guess its worth it.
i have trouble with speedbumps and holes in the road, now how the f**k do you do it? lol
I avoid them :P
No seriously Ive plates of 2mm steel which hangs under the bumper to avoid costly resprays. Oh yeah and the 16" wheels with 205/45 tires helps out a bit when it comes to grounclearance.
