rear shock bushs ??

hello hope fully some 1 can point me in the right direction
just got some second hand koni adjustibles
of cb bob in great condition but the bushs look a bit tired
was wondering can you get replacement bushs as ive never seen them for the back shocks
if so were do i get them also is is possible to get them in polly bushs if not standard will do thank you?

thanks mate also poly bush do them but u have to no what size they are measureing tape out it looks like lol but the measureing looks quite complicated can any 1 help with what size ill need?
