    enlarged downpipe fitting

    Gonna be fitting one of there tomorrow any advice on fitting before I attempt it

    spray the exhuast nuts that clamp the down pipe in place and then turbo end with wd40 tonight...

    do it again before bed. not really any further advice... its a straight forward opperation.

    Carefull as yourl be working near the starter motor, dont want to short anything out

    disconnect the battery first!

    As suhk said, maybe just pop the leads off the battery... or just dont, like me, and you should be fine anyway

    Thats what i was hinting at.

    I remember when i did the downpipe 1st i didnt think about being near the starter

    well managed to get it done and the car still starts lol checked it was all sealed ok so looking and sounding gd
