They're awesome, get on it.
Decent ruby in S'norbs... you'll be hard done by mate. If you werent adversed to travelling a bit for a meal, I'd HIGHLY recommend either the Dildar in Wheathampstead or one in Markyate.. think its the Taj Mahal... Otherwise, if you're staying local, the one up the other end of St Peter's street (heading away from town toward Harpenden, on the corner by a pub) is pretty good. 4 mins walk from the town centre.
I agree with what you say about the currys in st albans, been in the one across the road from the blacksmith arms, cant remember the pub next door to the curry house, wasn't the best of ones, most of the time when i was at uni it went get drunk have curry, get more drunk. at least with the one at the top of the hill you dont have far to walk to continue on drinking. Been into watford couple of times for a curry which weren't too bad. My mate lives in Redbourne so he does know a few places round the area, well i do hope he does.
Just read your post again, we talking about the same pub
No, bit further up past the church on the right....
I now where you mean though... sh1te in there.
Oh, and it's Redbourn without an 'e'
Sorrye Ie quite like the letter e one the ende ofe eache worde
Yeah, I think I know the one your talking about, only been past that way a couple of times when the queues from hatfield to St albans are that bad and also vica versa. Well might as well find out on friday really, but ill talk to him about those two you mentioned, plus Markyate is just up the road from his.
Is indeed. A5/Bypass, under the M1, bish-bash-bosh, hang a left, webbed-toed Markyate family freaks galore.
You going to St. Albans then? Land of the rich hotties that never put out...[/quote]
Land of the pretend rich hotties that never put out.
Sounds like most of the mupets in Bournemouth then Tim
