These are the sort of things that the RTOC shop should be scooping up instead of parts dealers. But having said that, it's their living and business, they can justify the costs and storage as they make a profit and so are motivated for the long run. RTOC at the moment is Dale helping the community while you're able to.
RTOC would need a greater number of dedicated people to really make a difference, it would need to hire a large factory unit for proper storage, have the manpower to dominate all sales of 5GTT parts for any number of year or decades.
240 is only 24 cars. 1000 cars left in the UK. How many need clips? CGB has 200 cars worth. How many does Mike have? Is it worth buying the rest? Wait to see what the eBay price settles to?
RTOC is investing some money at the moment.
They have 360 left. I didn't want to take all their stock as that is it what they were saying. This is Renault stock not remade. I got enough for 20 cars, unless somebody else in the club want to get another bulk lot so it don't look bad on the club

I've been staring at that site for 10 minutes and can't see any menu or options at all anywhere for selecting language. I've clicked on everything I can find that's clickable. But I am very dyslexic.
Am I looking at the wrong site / page? I give up now. Too stressful. Need to get on with something I AM capable of doing.

When you mean selecting language, do you mean to translate the site? Maybe they don't offer an English language option embedded in their site. In Chrome you get an automatic pop-up asking you if you want Google to translate the text in the site. Whilst not perfect it does a good enough job usually to allow you to proceed.
What is it you're trying to do specifically? Purchase a bulk load of these clips?

CGB and another seller have them up for almost £100 per set on ebay. I think we can all work out that profit margin. taking into account p&p costs and a little on top I guess they should sell on here for less than half that and if selling them by the six??

I wonder if some parts in the shop should be for members-only to buy and even then restricted to how many sets can be bought by the same member without special dispensation.

As for price once all are in will total up costs including shipping divide by number of clips and add PayPal fees to it. Non members can see them at £100 a set I guess. But these I would have though be in region of £28 a set

Are you sure? That seems very "generous" Paypal used a pretty dreadful exchange rate on mine and with P&P added........
£529 for 20 sets delivered, £26.45 a set. That works out at £27.59 a set to cover PayPal fees. Need to add getting the other lot purchased over as well and different postage costs getting them from France with lower amount. Maybe £29

Ok. Mine were £535.75, so clearly a crappier exchange rate, whatever. Whilst I am not keen on making money from members I thought there might be a little more meat in it for the club for future investment in parts.

There's lots of parts going out of stock, thought these had gone out of stock a while ago. Thinking we need to buy stock which is still available but quite a common used item. Plus you get some items like boost hose strap going up in price on eBay, they are only couple of quid each if still available, CGB got them at £15 now
So are these going onto the shop so its first come.....or can we put our names down for a set?
Will be just going in the shop will have 45+ sets available with 1 set per person.
