I got a delivery from probolt to tidy up the engine bay pricey but worth it I think!
All I need to get it mapped is an actuator for a t25
I also fell victim to a bad earth which burnt up the negative on my coil so I'll have to attend to that!

This looks very much like a 'just in time' situation
a lot of that is surface rust inside but the inner sills are starting to show so i'd want to do them that means doing the outers as it would be stupid no to and the jacking points, plus the windscreen and then repainting it again, is looking at around €3000 which i could almost buy one that has had this work done so i'm giving up on the shell. it doesnt make any sense money wise, as my income is now non exisitant

i've taken my avos apart to freshen them up before i transfer them over, i got onto avo to see if i can get the dust shields and bumpstops new! i also swapped some bits i wont be using for a set of rs seats and a t25!
is that a really small steering wheel or an extremely big can of rockstar?
Shame about the car, will you be keeping it until you get the funds? doesn't look too bad in my opinion.

The standard black 5 has 21turbo leather seats fitted now got original seats aswell but saving them as car been used as daily driver the bolster on seats just get distroyed

as the deox c didnt take the paint off (didnt think it would but gave it a shot)
Everything was covered in nitromors, left untill it started to dry out then cleaned down and gone over again with more nitromors there were so many layers on them but i got down to the bare metal eventually
The adjuster on one of the rear shocks is siezed so i left it sit in the deoxc to free it up
calipers after coming out of a mild mix of the deox the orange bits just brushed off!
getting painted, just with hammerite nothing special.
I refurbished my AVO shocks but dont have any pictures.
putting the AVOs and gtt calipers and discs onto the van should of being straight forward enough but i discoverd the extra as a thicker mount for the shock, so i ended up swapping the hubs while i was at it:hmmm) :nuts)
