With the 5 being 100% complete me and my Dad have both been at a bit of a loose end and needing something to keep us both occupied, so we decided for our next project to build a Toylander Land Rover for the kids.
Its uses a scratch built plywood body/chassis from purchased plans, steering is from an r5gtt steering column and drive from used timing chains (Cheers Chris ) along with gtt cam and crank sprockets.
The main electrics and motor come from a mobility scooter
There's a few pics below from today, when we had it out with the 5 and a cheeky one of me stealing a drive away from the kids!
