    Yeah in the middle of doing a full engine rebuild Bhp hoping to be around 220bhp

    Ok mate, could just increase the 2nd stage on the standard carb might be better than the larger venturi on the group A.

    id strongly advise you to forget the group a carb and rejet the standard carb they are much better

    Take the advice given. Things have moved on a lot in recent years when it comes to carb' tuning. Long gone are the days of bolting on a tuner special 'Group A' carb' (which probably isn't a Group A carb', but a bored out standard one) to just chuck extra fuel in and hope for the best

    If you're a fan of Spec' Sheet Tuning, then crack on and fit it - It's something extra that sounds awesome down the pub. If you actually want to make the car fuel the best it can, and in turn run the best it can, get some advice from some of the experts on here, and get that 25mm carb setup properly for your application
