some really great work gone into this, which is great to see. cant wait to see the end result keep it up
Havent done much lately due to work and strugglin to keep up the enthusiasm for it at the moment but its still booked in for paint so hopefully once its painted that should give me abit more intrested i have striped out bulkhead tonite and will probley paint it tommorow
So got bulkhead prepped and primed today and did some to the engine side of bulkhead that i scratched putting engine back in hopefully i can top coat it tommorow
looking good mate all about the black samcos
I aint painted anything before either you just gota spend time prepping it i can lend you the spray gun if you want mate and then when you go to paint shop ask them what ratio you have to mix paint to you could do it easy in a day or prime it at night and top coat it in morning
Looks great
Be very careful. Painting is notoriously difficult to get right.
Do some testing and practice on scrap parts that you can throw away and then only do bits of your car that are hidden, or in really bad nick. If it looks like you're half decent at it, then have a go at exterior panels after that.
DJ might have some tips
managed to finsh painting today its come out well pictures are not the best the hardest part was to try and get garage warmed up enough to paint
