What wheels and centre bore?

Just got these off of ebay for £100, sold as GT Turbo wheels. Put one on the rear but there seems to be quite a bit of space around the centre bore, is this safe?

Also does anybody know what type of wheels they are? I've had a look around them but can't see any brand. On the back it says Japan carving 15x6 3/4 32

Wheel spigots, didn't know they sold them. I really just bought them to move the car around while I restore it. It's not getting driven anywhere, do you reckon they'll be ok without spigots while I push it in and out of the Garage?
