Small Metal hoses
Hi guys,
Bare with me while I explain what I need lol.
On a standard T2 turbo, in the middle of the unit there is a section with 4 outlets, the bottom hose I think carries oil (but not 100% sure), the two centre ones carry water one from carb and the other from the water pump (100% sure on those two) the fourth I don t know.On the two water outlets, I need the section which a hose fits onto which goes to the carb, but I don t know what they are called. They both look the same only one is fitted upwards and the other if facing pointing down so I m wondering if they are universal! My one has developed a pin size hose and water sprays out of it. Its a small banjo type metal outlet maybe inch and a half in length and bent around in a 'j' shape, then a hose fits onto it and coonects to the bottom of the carburettor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I can t move the car without it spewing out water onto the gearbox.
Thanks again

Re: Small Metal hoses
they are banjo bolts,
top pipe is oil feed,
bottom is return
you can just bypass the turbo water jacket and connect the pipes together with 2" of 10mm copper pipe to keep you going (dont bung up the banjo's, leave open ), just make sure you give the turbo a good cooling off after a run.
