    torque settings for rocker shaft m7 bolts

    Anybody know what the torque setting is for the middle 2 bolts that hold the rocker shafts down ?

    just worried about going silly tight as ive took 2 heads apart so far, one of them had been tapped to m8, and the other had pulled the threads through.
