Oh and if you want a nice 2.0l 16v Megane lump and the adaptronic map for it then I have them.
As of 1st thing this morning the car has a fresh mot certificate...
Now to insure it and tax it.
If you break the car and decide to sell the red front bumper, let me know please.
I wont be breaking as now road legal... And looking sweet, tracking and cage next to do
https://www.rtoc.org/boards/showthread.php?t=20915 - See you there!
Nice 1 Shoppers that looks good! Let me know when you want the cage sorting
I think the wheels would look good either in anthracite or silver, the orange IMO don't give it enough contrast
Congrats on passing the MOT.
Looks good but definitely agree silver wheels would be nicer.
Do the wheels yellow go for the rhubarb and custard look failing that silver or anthracite would look awesome
I love rhubarb and custard.
two weeks that ll be on my drive....., well done buddy with the mot , as said change the wheels to black wily reps......
Cheers for the comments,
This car is going to be a keeper for a while as i will be using it as a daily driver come feb, hence after a 16v engine.
Just need to sort the tracking and camber out & its all good. Cage will be going in shortly, then strip it out for a few local trackdays aswell
Hopefully a ring trip in 2012 aswell
The defenition of "A while" in Penfold's dictionary:

1. A few weeks of joy & planning for a fantastic new Renault Based project. Explanation of what the car will be turned into and the big plans. Soon followed by a sudden loss of interest and a seeking to sell it on becasue of the next big idea/plan which is usually another Renault but can also be a House, Dog, Holiday, New Pair of Trainers...?
Gits, the pair of ya
Have faith guys, i will show you
A small update, I have purchased some Willwood 4pots with 172 280mm Brembo HC Disc with DS2500 Pads from BPD https://www.rtoc.org/boards/member.php?u=225
The plan is to fit some Bike carbs on the 16v engine and maybe a mild cam.
Bring on the Track days in 2012.
Found some green paint in the garage...
Was thinking maybe green would look good... this colour
Don't do it looks ****,
go white
Drive the bloody thing first!!!!
Did you want a drive in drive out conversion, done in an afternoon, or have a go yourself?
This is me ur on about... Drive in & out please
Yes you shoppers.
I'll sit down and work it out, let you know later.
You or I will have to source a few extra parts, otherwise nearly ready to go.
If anybody is interested in the wilwood 4pots let me know
There is a chance the car could also be going if anybody is interested in a cheap 5, 16v with 9months MOT, front end would benefit from a respray (wings, bonnet, bumper, grill & windscreen surround) other than that a clean 5
Oh look out !!!!
a small but very important update...
Its now insured, once the docs have been emailed over to me of to the post office I go for Tax...
All I have to do is get the tracking sorted & bleed the brakes in the near furture
Are you still selling it?
Bonnett is faded & has bonnet pins in (want to remove them & go back to standard)
Bumpers are smoothed so looking to get OE ones
Pass wing & door faded (could be restored) with a pro doing the work
Drivers wing has what can only be described as a burn mark on ie:Somebody got abit happy with a DA
yer probably a rotary, takes alot for a da to burn through. Well theres loads of guides for da's/rotary online, detailingworld is the big forum for it, if you ever fancied it, yourd be surpised what you can do, cant find any pink to red cars iv done, this is what i did to a swirled civic, its a good picture showing what can be done
R1 carbs, they sound lovely on the F7R
My set have arrived...
I got some spare time this afternoon & decided to do something about my black grill...
I had to repair 2 cracks, fiberglass & filler sorted that out, loads of rubbing down & have finished priming it, now leaving it in the airing cupboard to dry completly, hoping to paint it on sunday or monday...
Am exicted about a few other bits I need to fit on the car next week....
On another positive note car is now MOT'd, Insured & Taxed, after next week I am going to start using it on the roads
looks good mate and great news its road legal now why dont you bring it down to show off on the fete day in june mate
