Does anyone know where I can get a tubular manifold made, I might have a mate who can do it but need options just in case. I really don't think mine will all fit with the bigger comp housing & 10mm spacer I have had to add

im 99% sure longlife exhausts make custom manifolds mate and from what iv heard they have had some very good results
Try the engine in the car first mate and see if it fits, might only need to dress bulkhead alittle.
If not wonder if Big Jim could knock a manifold up for you, know he's doing Phils inlet for him.
this is my local manifold fabricator

but when people want £300 quid, i made this
https://www.rtoc.org/files/Miscellaneous/DSCF0388.JPG
then added the collector and t3 flandge i mocked it up with a starter and gearbox, if you keep the headers close to the block and starter there is enough room as i needed to get a 32 down pipe down the back also
ive two good books on turbocharging that do have a bit on manifold design in
I really don't think it will fit after looking yesterday mate, the comp housing is alot bigger than the 60 A/R I used on the GT Turbo & I've had to space it 10mm as well
I mocked a head up in the car, took pictures & then measured as well, then looked at pics on the net of a standard R19, Rob also said there doesn't look alot of room down the back on his 19.
Robbie has kindly said I can borrow his manifold to see if it fits & then show it to my mate, failing that I will have to bite the bullet & get one made by a custom shop as I didn't think Jim was doing things anymore ??
I've also got ABS over the gearbox side, I'm already thinking of ditching that & the PAS

is there room to come up behind the back of the rocker cover,as john "Jp racing " got hold of a pro oxide equal length tuby manifold sometime ago, which is built to fit straight on to a f7p/r engine, worth giving him a pm ,see if he can give you any more info /dimensions on the product,i do know its t25 flange so should bolt straight on to your turbo to, not cheap to buy though
Thats the one, a guy on Retro renault showed me his old one, no way did it look worth 750 euros the collector looked a right mess... Hence me borrowing Robbies for my mate to copy... He did say would they sell, I said if they were well made & fairly cheap then hell yeah, only thing is it's set to come across to above the gearbox so not sure if you have room Andy.
I let you make your mind up if it's worth the cash...
wouldnt say its worth half.
the face to the head looks warped? putting the pic to the bottom of my screen its well warped...... You'd need about 3 gaskets to try and seal it.
i will be going with something like this http://ludeatic.com/ebay/TH10069%206.jpg
but with a 38mm external take off on/near the collector
I was looking at 200 sx (S13 & 14) manifolds before I decided to go for a custom built one.
Ones like these...

One of the guys off Renault online has used a nissan manifold for his F7R turbo conversion.
Not got it up and running yet though so don't know how well it works.
