    Honda CRX 16 16v - Dartford - around £1500

    Hi Peeps,

    I need to sell my rex.. I've owned it for about 3 years now, but it's been sitting around almost 2yrs! (it's a waste as someone else could be enjoying it) There isn't anything wrong with it, I just bought a new daily driver and never got round to selling it
    The car itself drives great with no knocks or bangs etc and it's not too loud until you open the loud pedal..

    It will come with 12months MOT but no tax!
    The car was resprayed in ford diamond white, with new rear (civic) arches, so they are good.. Also it was fully re undersealed.

    Spec list is:
    Tien coilovers
    Supersprint mainfold (heat wrapped)
    Scorpion exhaust
    Poly carb windows
    white line ARB's
    Polly bushed (not all, but I've got the rest
    Strut brace
    Spraco 3" harness
    Corbeau Pro series Seat
    Dry NOS kit (without bottle)
    Trox grooved discs
    Mintex pads
    Relocated air filter (custom hard pipe kit)
    15" rota wheels (mint condtion, 1 has slight curb mark, thanks dad!!!)
    4 wheel alinement after bushes./suspension work

    The engine is standard and still sounds sweet.. I done a head gasket on it about 6months before it came of the road, i also replaced the water pump, cam belt, oil, flushed the water, new anti freeze and fitted a new thermostat.

    Now for the bad bits
    The sunroof has gone rusty
    There is some rust on the drivers door, just above the cover
    The bonnet had a stone chip, so this has now bubbled up
    Paint job is ok, but not that great
    Few marks here and there

    The car would make a great track car/road car.. It was all sorted (suspension wise) as a K20 was gonig to be droppped in, but the person I bought it from had to sell fast, due to some personal problems (a good friend of mine)

    I have no idea what price to put on it either!! So make me an offer
    I no people only go for VTEC yo models, but this really is just as good a model and due to it being stripped out is the same speed, if not a little quicker!

    Hears some pics from yesterday that I took, needs a good clean/polish tbh.

    Hi mate could you stick a price and location in your title.. (rtoc classified rules )

    Oh what sort of hp do these kick out (this is a personal question not rtoc rules )

    130hp, I think I even have a printout from when it was done before I bought it, but would have to check.. O and that was before the manifold was fitted...

    Cool car.
    These used to race against the GT Turbo's in the Super coupe cup. They where a bit faster in a straight line I seem to remember.

    Would like to also mention this is 1 of the best handling cars I've ever driven, infact, the handling out performs the power!! With a decent B18 it would be insane around a track!

    I love these cars, performance is good even as standard. My mate is in the middle of a b18 swap from an integra gsr, I believe they have lsd as standard?? Its gonna be giving my 5 a good run now I think

    Yes I think the GSR's do have lsd's... Good thing about the 5 is, you can just just the boost up a little more and say bye bye
