Re: Bit of a bump in my colt.
My grey colt bottom left, Green Honda top right. Cars parked on the right.
I was slowing to turn right into grey driveway. indicating and in middle of road.
I look right to make sure no pedestrians, then Whammo. Airbag goes off in my face.
That honda had skidded and slammed into me. I had right of way as nothing on my side of the road.
However this is likely to go against me as the aftermath photos look like I turned into his path.
Ah well im not dead and its only a car.

Re: Bit of a bump in my colt.
At best your looking at a 50/50 claim... at worst it will be classes as your fault...
Although the parked cars were on the green cars side and he should therefore give way to oncoming traffic.
It really does depend on the insurance companies arguing it out, as you said just a piece of metal & main thing is your ok.

Re: Bit of a bump in my colt.
What side of the road did the hit happen, I had something like this happen when I was younger, and even though he overtook cars on my side of the road, I skided and hit him on his side because of a bend hope your car gets sorted out either way.
