A t28 is a mix of parts from a t25 and a t3, usally running a .42 cossie front compressor and a t25 .49 turbine housing or a .64 This is where the t38 came from, same thing a mix of t4 and t34. Vnt's are whole diffrent kettle of fish, require a lot of patience to get setup right and the fueling and ignition have to be bang on. Markey mark had a play with these as did James so may be worth asking them about their experiances with them. For the low down on everything turbo related you cannot beat the advice from Adam though give him a bell and he will put you straight.
