It's just a piper 285 timed up differently sold by Mike Spence Motorsport aka MSM

no, he's telling you it's a piper 285 with maybe some different timing. It's a piper 285 @ 110° to be exact, you buy them from piper.

oh ok , so you just buy the 285 cam but wheres the guy at to time it .is it easy enough for any mechanic to do?

You can diy with a vernier pulley & dti gauge.
