turbo oil return pipe
Can anyone please tell me the size of the phase1 and phase2 pipe into the sump . I currently have a phase 2 pipe from turbo to a phase 1 sump with what looks like a bodge join on the sump thats leaking. Im now after a 90 degree reducer from phase 2 to 1 any help on the sizes i require would be great.
thanks ross

Re: turbo oil return pipe
16mm o.d ph1 sump, possibly 20mm for ph2, can't remember exact size. Can measure the sizes tomorrow though if nobody else can clarify.

Yeah, 22mm.
I don't know of any reducing 90° rubber.
I changed mine over to suit the sump. Had a phase one, changed it, found the hoses too small! Changed them all to phase two inc the turbo outlet, which I had to get made.
22mm was a bit too small and it leaked. The silicon 90° bend needed a 23mm on the turbo side.
Some told me he could fit an end of phase one hose on the sump inlet and then fit the phase two hose over it.
