Strreing UJ Gaitor

Just about to put my engine in and i have come across a problem. I cannot for the life of me figure out how the gaitor that protects the uj connects to the seal that covers the steering coloum and sticks out the bulkhead. If someone can explain it in a simple fashion i would be gratefull , plus if anyone has a picture showing how they connect that would be a bonus.

think it slots up in there somehow,cant remember but isnt it chanelled out
at bulk head end?,then the other end just has a zip tie around it im sure

does anyone have a pic of where the gator goes into the bulkhead please?
