has any one bought sills (outers) from beaversauto panels ?? they a good copie fit ? also which ones do i order off the site ?? dont understand the year numbers is this the correct one renault r5 2/85-1/93 ??

the year is correct and the plate means a bit extra comes with the sill at the rear,just where your decal is.i got 2 and i had to order them by phone!
they are spot on, saves alot of hassle in most cases.. my rot was off up the rear quarter near the sticker so the extra metal sorted it right out.. i only did the rear 1/2 so have the other half in the garage for later use

getting the welding done on my 5 was the best money i ever spent... Mots are never a problem as i can sort anything in a day or two if it fails.. when they fail for welding you just want to burn it outOriginally Posted by gtmatt

do they come with the pins to put the side skirt clips on ?? if not how does the kit clip on ??
Renault sell special rivets that have the head that the metal butterfly clips hook onto. buy a pack they are cheap and easy to do.do they come with the pins to put the side skirt clips on ?? if not how does the kit clip on ??
