    fuel pressure regulator

some of you know i am still trying to start the engine up
on the fuego turbo i had for free
after going over the usual stuff ,finally found there is a fuel delivery problem
which seems to be related to the fuel pressure regulator(possibly blocking flow ) but before sourcing another one i really want to start the engine up to see whats what .

my question is , will the engine start up/run allright with the
fuel pressure reg. removed/by passed from the system ?

it sould do yes,but it will be at full pump pressure so u can bleed some off using a tee-piece back to the return line!
