    Thermostat

Run my car with just a maunal fan switch so no low temp fan switch needed.
What is best a normal temp radiator hose thermostat or a low temp one? Does it really matter?

you dont need a low temp stat or switch if your cooling system is efficient.

Low temperature thermostats & rad' fan switches = Fail.

    O.E parts/operating temp's FTW.

I have not had a problem with my OEM setup, I just flush the cooling system each year.
