    wheel bearinga hubs qiestion.

    My front passenger bearing making noise. Is it easier to buy a hub and change it or buy a bearing and get it pressed in?

    Just buy a new bearing and whip the hub off. Take it down to your local engineering shop and ask them to press the old one out and the new one in.

    Thanks alex. Cars making like a cracking sound sometimes. Will i need to change the other bit the hub too? Its not a grinding noise like a bearing usuallyakes. Thanks.

    Jack the wheel up and spin it. When my bearing went I couldn't spin it.
    Cracking sounds like cv joint to me but I could be wrong.
