    Re: Central locking wiring?

5 wires, this is off the top of my head so bear with me

outer ones are positive lock and unlock, so pin 1-5

there are 3 middles, red black and blue

    red is constant 12v
    black is earth
    blue is switch illumination

u can test locking by jumping a wire from red to either of the outer ones to see if it locks or unlocks

    hope this helps!

    Re: Central locking wiring?

    Perfect.

Just what I needed to no. I can just send 12v down 1 or 5 to see if the motors work.

    Thankyou!

    Re: Central locking wiring?

Need some more help on this,

I have found my two wires at the footwell which don't go through into the door,

On the door motor their are 5 wires. Green and blue are the lock and unlock,

But if I send 12v down the green. The blue has to be earthed for it to work..

So how do I get this to work?
