With the t2 rear makr does it not spool fairly early? Whats the idea of welding up the wastegate?

not sure if its a T2 or T25 rear to be honest, never ran it on mine as i knew it'd be a lag monster
looks like a t25 rear to me.
may not be such a lag monster then, still wont get chance to try it on ginge, no tax now, plus water cooled which mine isn't set up forlooks like a t25 rear to me.
