Arnt the two mounts attached to the frame inside, would that mean that the seat foam has dropped down an inch or so over the frame inside, hmm never seen that

Not sure will find out tomorow.Done quite a bit of messig about on the seat already.First it kept falling back which was a bit dangerous as the adjustment teeth are worn so put a bolt through to fix it in 1 position then the plastics fell off the side due to it not having a screw like the other side then i cable tied the fabric to the back because it was loose.

Was hoping it was common and their was a technique to popping it back down. Will get some pictures up tomorow shouldnt be to much hassle but often little jobs like this are.

erect headwrest bottoms.......lol , i would remove them completley, then refit them at the correct angles, or just wiggle them about with some force.....

I could totally take the seat out and sit on a bucket like one of the local nova boys did?

My mam has a set of them in her car actually but she might notice if i replaced them with worn r5 beasts. Are the r5's seats made by recaro aswell?

i`m sure the r5 seat is not a recaro...correct me if i`m wrong..i have recaros in my 5, i love that seat, but rather go for full fat or even half fat recaros, its 100 times better than cloth,.....and by the way,.........leave those recaros alone!...
