    renault 5 window motors

    New poster! (less than 10 posts)

    jus wonderin if u can still buy new windows motors, ive took mine off wired it to a battery and it works but there obviously no weight on it. is it the motors wat go lazy or is it common for them too lose feed ,

    Generally if there slow its the regulator not motor if motor is working 9 times its the regulator you can get them 2nd hand from mike at gt turbo spares boss

    If it goes up but slow sounds like regulator mate it has a cog on motor so if it goes down it should go up but maybe slow, I've just done one thought it was motor turned out to be the regulator mate

    Ps swap console window switches wiv each other to just to make sure it's not that faulty

    Yes can still source they are £230 a side, motor with reg.

    loads of wd40 sprayed into the brushes....usually works....
