how to bleed clarke CFC 1000

Does anybody here know how to bleed a Clarke CFC 1000 engine crane, I have had this for a while now and never had to do it and there are no obvious things to do. I have found the screw that lets all the fluid out but am unable to find a hole to top it up / bleed it.

Can you not position it with the bleed hole to the top and then poor/fill it up there?

Cheers Andy & Matt for the advice not attempted as yet as can't be arsed at the mo as filling really rough but will try over the weekend.
