I tried one of these once and it failed on the clutch relese arm had to take it all back out and fit a single plate 7 1/4".. Mine was tilton though, so hopefully yours is slimmer being as it's ap..

I spose I could of got round it by going hydrolic release bearing, but, that would of been more ball ache lol

Or just space your gearbox back a bit, if there's enough give in the 'shafts.

Sounds good mate.. Just make sure before you go bolting it all in (like I did ) then think, oow I better try turning it over before I go too far

I was also restricted on how much I could take out the fly wheel (due to standard TDC pick up) shouldn't be a problem for you, if run the Scoff trigger wheel??

Speaking to ap they don't think a 215 plate would hold up to it they recon it would split the centre plate and they are only rated to 300 to 325

I think one that you was talking about but I have at lot more torque plus his was around £1000 and mine works out a bit cheaper and rated for 500lbf

Glad your getting sorted Glen. Tried AP, Helix, Mardi Gras and others to get a decent clutch for the NDO box, but feck all rated over 385ft/lb!
