Hi all,
Last week i snapped a master cylinder to reservoir pipe. I have removed the rubber grommit that provides part of the seal. It has a split in it.
Does that mean it will never seal again ?
Can I get spares ?

you could get replacements, I assume you still can. There are 2 types, but neither will look like your old swollen grommet, so unless you get better advice get both.
Would it be easier getting a replacement master with them already on ?
Just get a new grommit it saves messing about.
Try finding them mate !
Iirc the rubber bungs that stop the original intercooler from rattling are the same
If they are I owe you a McFlurry.
Im sure they are, i needed some for the van when i changed it from pot on top of the mastercylinder to the gtt remote setup and needed the rubbers.
I bought new MC lines and bungs from Renault when I was rebuilding the car - you'd be amazed how pricey they are I must say I don't remember the bungs being at all the same as the IC ones? I stand corrected though!
Simple really, just get new ones from your Renault dealer
