    problem with battery?

right guys ive relocated my battery to behind the front seats ive extended the live cable and then just grounded the black neg to the floorpan but its as tho its not getting enough power though now? Any ideas the battery is fine the cable is the proper size all connections are sound! Is it ok to just connect the neg to the shell floor or is this the problem?

    Thanks.

i would connect the negitive to a mount for a good earth like the seatbelt bolt for the slide rail on the side of the car

Try earthing the negative to a seat belt mount or something with a jumplead first, to see if that solves your problem, before you go drilling any new holes or anything!
