Website performance

Website has seemed sluggish when using it last night and this morning.
Got firebug on it, and it's taking 18 seconds to load the page to compose a reply.... v.slow.

I'd certainly agree with it's snail pace loading, I feel it's been this slow for a couple of weeks now.

I know this thread is closed, but for those that havn't seen the link Mart posted, I'll sum it up by saying that we know that there's a problem and the hosts are looking in to it. The problem exists somewhere in IIS and PHP on the new server which was installed and configured by them, so it's their problem as far as I'm concerned.
