They do look nice in red, with the stripes, but they don't warrant the extra $$ imo. You can pick up two semi decent Evo VI GSR's for the price of one red TME. That's a silly price difference for a different front bumper, wheels, and a couple of other minor bits

For his car, and the price to spray the arches and bumpers, you would really struggle to get a car of similar spec for the same price. The brakes, the cage, efi, all the uprated engine parts, etc, etc.
