it didnt come with the housing unfortunately, only the compressor, i just took a punt on it as it was very very cheap. hoped i could do something with it. apparently they are SERIOUSLY laggy, with further research i think its off a gtir sunny or a 200sx 1.8. think i might just clean it up and put it on ebay.
    its in great condition tho

sorry, i was thinking of the other half of the turbo, the back of it says .64 if that means anything.

Sounds like a T28 as you say of a pulsar or 200sx, defo to big a rear housing for the GTT, but might be possible for you to source a t25 .49 rear housing or even try and source a T2 .63 rear housing and have it machined to fit the the rear wheel you have on that turbo you have.

will putting a t25 rear onto it make it less laggy? or would it make no difference to the spool up at all. i spoke to adam at turbo developments briefly and he said that boost would prob kick in at 5000 rpm.., thats nuts.

If it is from a Pulsar you won't be able to just swap a small batty i.e. a .49 or even a .63 on it as they are huge .86 or something from memory and not compatible!

Maybe best to sell it on...

Didn't say it would be a straight swap I did suggest it would be possible to have the rear housings machined out to allow exceptance of the bigger exhaust wheel, that depends on the size of the wheel that is.
