Just got round to doing some household accounts .
Checked the gas and elec bills and saw we had been paying an increased amount to bring it back in line with actual consumption .We both work from home so the bills are pretty big but we save a lot in petrol
Should have been paying extra for 4 months from Aug 09 and then reviewed but seems it's been ongoing till now .Only really picked it up as we've not had any statements since then Me thinks they kept quiet for a good reason

they are little feckers, they had an extra grand out my old dear or more and wanted to keep hold of it and she could pay a reduced amount until it levels out...

no, i'll take my £1000+ and look after it myself, too many companys wanna hold your cash, no doubt someone gets a fat bonus
