anybody used a stiff shift kit

Just wondering if anybodys used one of the following kits..

My gears are very loose, and when going for first when rolling it seems to grind everytime. Just looking at one of these stiff shift kits to replace the worn parts.

In a word, YES. Check out my project thread from post 55.

Very well engineered bit of kit, in my opinion at least! I think Marky b was also having a look?

Anything you want to ask me about experience with their product, please don't hesitate to fire away.

The guy who designs and makes them is called Yanoo (his nick name and much easier to pronounce than his real name!). He is good friends with a member on here from Hungary who's name escapes me .

    Here's his website:

check the white nylon bush in the bottom of the gearbox that the gear pin thing? is held into ( its like a ball and socket). I bought a stiff shift kit and fitted it, it made no difference to my sloppy gear stick, untill i realised my play was coming from the above nylon bush

Ive recently fitted a stiff shift/quick shift kit transforms the gear change, great quality kit and a really nice guy to deal with. I'd recommend also replacing the nylon bush the selector rod sits inside on the gearbox.
