    snoopers!!!!

    do snoopers pick up speed cameras if they are turned off or out of film, as just bought a second hand snooper and it goes crazy at every type of security camera and traffic lights but been through 3 speed cameras and doesnt make a sound, does this mean they are off or my snooper is fubar??? thanks
