Diesel Turbocharger?

Hi guys thought i'd ask on here, doesn't a member build turbos? on one of my ford transits 2.4 rwd the turbo has seized on these its all part of the manifold but can be split out leaving the exhaust housing and manifold in situ! i've taken it all off and split it anyway but what i want to do is get that checked and rebuilt! its spinning freely again now i've cleaned all the crap out! there doesn't seem to be any play all the crap comes from the stupid eco devices so who can i send it to for a honest inspection as to wether it needs a rebuild or not? i've asked on other related forums but the reply has been go to a main dealer and buy a new one and i know you guys are pretty ingenious cheers james
