    No Brakes

    LENT MY WIFE MY CAR YESTERDAY BECAUSE HERS LET HER DOWN AND WHEN SHE PICKED ME UP FROM WORK MY BRAKE PEDDEL WENT DOWN TO THE FLOOR CHECKED THE FLUID AND NOT MOVED HELP

    check the rear brake pads have not popped out.....
    check all lines for fluid loss
    pull the pedal back up by hand and pump it ....see if it goes hard again

    I've had this happen twice, it's scary... I swapped the master cylinder as everything else was new. I'm not certain if it was the cause, but it's not happened since.

    New poster! (less than 10 posts)

    As said check lines and pads first....re-bleed the brakes..if that doesnt sort it ...new master cylinder.

    Ive had these problems with my clio before
