    ebay nob jockeys, *astra-man-2008*

Just wondering if the user astra-man-2008, is on here.

I find ebay is full of complete cocks, he buys an r5 heatshield, leaves is 5 days before paying, then within 5 days of paying i have a email from paypal saying hes filed a item not received complaint stating hes apparently contacted me , and i have not responded and he now wants a full refund.

Luckily ill just give him a tracking number and tell him to do one, just wish the world wasnt full of pricks, most of which find where way onto ebay.

A few people on here have ebay accounts, and there are a few like this, saying that 99% of club members are actualy very genuine people... But then somtimes you have to wait for payment for ages.. then once they pay at say 11pm one night they expect it 9am next morning... Ebay and other places just brimming with w.a.n.k.e.r.s

Cant say I recognise the name, luckily dont have much trouble with eBay with selling of items, just sometimes have to wait a while for them to leave feedback, the buyer should leave them first. Hint hint club chairman

you do get a few cocks on ebay im down £95 , ..
we should start a list of ebay users to avoid,, ive got 2 for starters , it would be a long list i think ........

ps i thought you had to wait 7 or 14 days befor you could put in for a missing item

dude, you won the item on the 25th which is a wednesday, all other items won on this day and paid for were posted 1st class recorded by saturday, however you actually paid on the 29th nov which was a sunday, as stated items can take up to 5 days to post, the reason for this being that due to not being a dole dossing **** whit like half the uk i work, and therefore can only post items out on either saturdays or days off. You also stated to ebay you contacted me but had no response ?,

Thats just bull**** as you would of had a polite responce and been told exactly when your item was being sent.

Problem: The buyer has not received the item
The buyer has tried contacting you
The buyer paid on 29 Nov, 2009
The buyer paid for the item with PayPal.
The buyer contacted you through email.
The buyer did not get a response from you.

    The buyer wants:
The buyer prefers a full refund.

    Re: ebay nob jockeys, *astra-man-2008*

Hang on... payment was late, then 5 days after payment a complaint was lodged and refund requested as goods had not been recived.

And no actual contact was made?

Ile be truthfull, Thats slightly harsh after being made to wait for payment that a mear 5 days passes and your dumped with negitive feedy... not to mention a complaint mark against your name.

Tip for future, send your Rtoc name with corrispondants on ebay if it relates to a renault part... then things are trackable.

Id be pissed with this situation if i were you dj... but you gotta laugh

indeed im pretty pissed by it to be fair, just shows the current state of the uk though , everybody after somthing for free and wants everything there way. Ah well, i guess if it goes that way id just have to show ebay all the hard evidence and all being well it will be revoked.

all that hassle over a heatshield? people really need to get their act together and realise that some of us work LONG hours not 9-5 like most of the country think that everyone does and can get away with popping out of work to do what we please!

simple communication error and someone spitting the dummy........oh wait.... sounds like most of ebay these days!

E-Bay are C#~T'S! As said in my thread they seem to back buyers more than the sellers who make them the £££'s.

You need a few false accounts so you can f@#k people over who mess you about

Is that the guys name who won it? as unless Baby Blue changed his profile name just to suit .....

This does seem another typical ebay kopout, seller gets screwed by a numpty buyer.

I got my first neg from an idiot who claimed to be a auto electrician for ten years yet he couldn't wire up a turbo timer and claimed it was broken regardless of me showing him it working. I said to the guy i'm surprised you can get into a car let alone start it! **** wit.

Anyhow if you do get negged and I hope you don't as it's a totally unfair and bias system, just leave some follow up feedback of your own stating the facts, nothing nasty or vulgar as it will only look worse for you just wait till you calmed down!

Well if it is indeed him then worst case scenario you get a neg feedback which you can put a concise factual comment on explaining what actually happened and as for him he has just given himself a bad rep on here after being a member for less than a month.

Edit: One neg feedback on ebay although it leaves a mark on your account for 12 months very little people will be put off providing you give a reasonable explanation I mean look at some big sellers tons of neg feedback no explanations and yet people still buy from then.

On the other hand RTOC is a small community and mess people about, well no one will deal with you.

If that is the case do we really need dishonest members like that, I mean FFS he's even trying to worm his way out of it now & has obviously been caught out (unless out of wit he has changed his name in profile to suit, in which case I apologise) ??

Will this now be the end of this matter?

Andy Stevens, I presume you are the same one as djinuk is talking about.

If so, this is the place to deal with this. If you've not received the item and the tracking number is provided then one of you, djinuk I think, has to contact the post office.

Hardly an epic fail he is just covering himself, can hardly go accusing someone of doing something if you don't know for sure.
