The little thing shaped like a top hat? if so i belive they are, but not the very top plate... ile check unless sombody responds quicker

You mean top left of the picture? the two sitting together?
No mate, the one you are talking about sits on the top of the bearing.
And under the bearing is the spring cup or spring plat. (I do not know the exact word)
