    Pressure test

    hi all,

I'm pressure testing the boost circuit on my Gtt and as soon as it comes to 14-15 psi it leaks from the accelerator pump like a good one.

I know it will always leak from there but this is just too much, it empties the whole 15 psi in about 10 seconds.

    btw the seal is intact.

    anyone?

    Re: Pressure test

do you have the original pipework in place ? the thin black pipe that pushes onto the accel pump will leak boost, this is normal. block it off and test again. If you like, leave it blocked off.

do I need to block the inlet tube that is on the accelerator pump, or can I leave it open?
