Aye shame you weren't there chief. Although in your absense the slag didnt blow up, loose oil, eat its own arse etc!! The down side Robbo didn't seem himself! Almost like he'd lost a leg or something...

Track slag did pretty good tho!

    Silly question really...

Its official that was the most expensive RR day I've ever been too.... ECU is dead beyond repair! New ECU & Loom on order might aswell get some bigger juice squirters and blower whilst I'm on too

Still I got a free sarnie for my trouble

your table stops at 320hp, what HP figure does the calculator give for 132mph?

Looks like the writer of the article was good enough to supply a link to a reputable calculator He also talks about how you shouldn't pay much attention to RR results

I should add I think I can do better than 132mph, thats a 1/4m spent on boost maybe only 60% of the time.

No where in that article does it mention the effect of "% time on boost" on trap speed

according to that table assuming your car is about 900kg? you should be aiming around 152

No, that simulator deals in wheel HP figures only. I also don't think it's overly accurate at those speeds either since drag and other factors become drastically more important to a good estimate. I use a better piece of drag sim software to decide on gear ratio's, shift points and the like. I already know how much power the car has, unfortunately it is not quite 550hp. Knock 100hp off that and you're somewhere close.

a 900 kg car with 551bhp would trap at 152mph according to the calculator. Scoffs car maxed the top speed of the rollers out at 155mph? Nice
