Just thought i'd put a thread up to say Hello..

Ive been to a few RTOC meets, and i know some of the regulars on here will know who i am.

I live round the corner from Brigsy in Redcar and usually attend meets/events with him.

I was at the pod with you guys earlier in the year, (thank you for introducing Reggae Reggae into my life! haha) and had a good time - thought i'd take advantage of joining up and attend the National Day 09' .. Shall be on track in my blue saxo vts. Nothing special there really, just get in, drive and have some fun really.

This would be me, so no excuse for not knowing who i am at the weekend!

Thats all about me anyway..

Im currently driving a Posi blue Saxo VTS. No bodykits or neons here though! Just a standard car with a magnex exhaust system & de-cat, and bilstein group N dampers all round, subtly lowered so its not on its arse. Perfectly driveable and feels great.
For a standard car its really fit too, even Brigsy is impressed with how quick it is ! Compared to other saxo/106 gti's he's driven in the past!


Some of you may recognise the garage! Me & Brigsy share the same lockup which comes in handy





My main 'project' car is an 1988' Citroen AX Sport. Car has quite a bit of history i wont go into but its basically a genuine rally car, and thats all its ever been used for.

Some big plans for it, however its slow progress as money/time always seems to hold me back. Hopefully next year ill have it on a track.. hopefully =]

Pretty much it engine wise, aiming for 300bhp so should be pretty quick too. Car is pretty light so power/weight should be impressive.

non-sunroof shell
Full multipoint weld in rollcage
Twin skinned front & rear wings/arches
Leda fully adjustable coilovers
23mm torsion bars
26mm custom antiroll bar
peugeot sport france rear dampers
Rose jointed wishbones & eccentric top mounts.

Various other bits like SPA Design dials/gauges,
plumbed in extinguisher, external cutoff for power etc..


Until that is done anyway - shall get some experience under my belt and do as many trackdays as i can.
