I'm trying to read the engine number off the 172 engine, it's not too clear. I have the chassis number from the donor car, so can they be cross checked? Just trying to let the DVLA know about my engine change.

cheers Paul, I was looking at the wrong number, that one was even more difficult to read. I'm pretty happy that the last 2 digits are right, so I'll go with that number
