    2mm restrictor in the actuator

Hi chaps. Would there be a problem in putting a 2mm restrictor in the 4mm pipe going to the turbo actuator?

If it will then that's gr8, but this reason I've asked is I don't have any 4mm pipe to hand but I do have some 3mm which I can make fit useing a 2mm collar in the 3mm then into the 4mm.

err, if you're trying to slow down the response of the wastegate, aren't you going to reduce control of boost, ie more spiking?
